Every cookie is individually heat-sealed to lock in freshness and then placed in a reinforced box with protective cushioning to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies stay fresh for up to 10 days in their original packaging. For long-term storage, you can freeze them for up to 3 months—just thaw at room temperature or warm in the oven for that 'fresh-baked' feel.
Do you offer options for people with allergies?
While we offer some gluten-free and nut-free recipes, all our cookies are baked in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee 100% cross-contamination prevention.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your cookies leave our kitchen, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
How long does shipping take?
We bake our cookies to order. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days, and shipping usually takes an additional 2-3 business days depending on your location.
